Submission
Abstract Submissions
The conference will consider research papers and case studies. The selection panel of the conference committee will consider all abstracts received and provide feedback in accordance with the dates below:
- Abstracts submission: Authors should submit abstracts to iaic@iaas.org.sg → Closing date: 10 May 2024
- Notification of acceptance of submission: within 30 days of submission up to 20 May 2024
N.B. Only papers & cases where 1 author is registered to present either physically or virtually with payment being made, will be scheduled in the conference programme.
Research Papers
Abstracts for these papers & cases should address one of the topics listed below. Empirical, conceptual studies, papers and cases presenting a process being developed are welcome. The research work intended to be presented must be original and not have been published elsewhere nor intended to be published elsewhere during the review period. When submitting abstracts which should not be more than 300 words, the authors are to include the conference topic that the submission comes under and to provide 3 keywords.

Conference Publications
Papers & cases will be blind reviewed, and the International Journal of Agriculture Innovation, Technology and Globalisation reserves the first right to select selected papers to be invited to be published for publication subject to the appropriate revisions being made in the journal. Subject to the conference paper review committee and there being sufficient suitable submissions, All conferences papers & featuring cases of agricultural innovation will be published in our e-book series entitled: Case Studies: Insights on Agriculture Innovation. Submission
Submission Methods
The official language of the conference is English. All Full Papers and Abstracts should be in English. IAIC2023 is a virtual conference, and oral presentations are to be provided as pre-recorded videos. All presentations are requested to be prepared and delivered in English.
1. Full Paper
Video Presentation and Publication
- The presenter should record the 15 minutes Video presentation and send it to us by 20th July 2023. The accepted video file formats are MP4 or MVA.;
- We will play the pre-recorded video in your presentation slot. The presenter should be present for live Q&A Session;
- E-Certificate and IAIC proceedings will be provided after the conference.
2. Abstract
No publication
- The Abstract should be submitted in the format of MS Word (,doc or .docx) document;
- All abstracts will be displayed on the IAIC 2023 website for all the participants to go though it by 25th July 2023;
- E-Certificate will be provided after the conference.
Submission Process
The process for submitting the paper as follows:
- Full Paper or Abstract Submission by 30th June 2023;
- Notification by 15th July 2023;
- Registration by 20th July 2023;
- Presentation Video Submission by 20th July 2023.
Submission Request
- Full papers or abstracts must be original works and are previously unpublished elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to any other conference, workshop or journal is strictly prohibited;
- Authors should take responsibilities for their submissions and understand any violations of the above regulations are criminal actions.
